Complaints

Raising a complaint now
Contact Tanzu support and say that you want to make a complaint. Tell us:
- your name and the phone number on your account;
- what happened, and when;
- what you would like Tanzu to do.
Never share your PIN or an order code, even when making a complaint. Tanzu will never ask for them.
What the procedure will cover
- How Tanzu records and acknowledges a complaint.
- How long Tanzu takes to reply, and who reviews it.
- Where you can go if you are not satisfied with Tanzu’s answer.
